Seven years ago, I went through a crazy betrayal.

It wasn’t someone creating their version of my past to hurt me. It wasn’t the pandemic. It wasn’t a colossal business failure — even though all of that happened.

I betrayed myself with how I handled all of those things.

I stopped caring about what I ate. I stopped working out — even though I know movement is life. I stopped doing the things that make me… me. For the next 365 days, I’m going to show you what it looks like as I take control back in my own life.
